As we prepare your prospects to buy, all phone contact with those prospects involves at least three of our team:

1. Evaluator - an evaluator makes the initial call, gathers information, researches and identifies that the prospect has a need and matches your most desirable customer model; the evaluator then decides what attention the call will need in the future.

2. Nurturer - a nurturer develops the relationships with the prospect, demonstrates that he/she understands the need, delves deeper to spark greater interest and desire and gradually turns the need into a definite want; the nurturer matches your product or service benefits to the prospect's objectives.

3. Closer - finally, the closer uses specialist skills to handle the really serious buying signals from the prospect - and secures the relationship.
